RESOLUTION 12-134
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OR REAPPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN
MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR FIVE-YEAR TERMS TO END
JUNE 30,2017;AND TO THE LffiRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR
TERMS TO END JUNE 30,2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have appointments scheduled to expire or unexpired terms;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has made the following appointments:
Board of Appeals
Travis Wuebker reappointment 5-year term ending 06/30/2017
Library Board of Trustees
Darcy Bumett
Kelly Eagle
reappointment
new appointment
3-year term ending 06/3012015
3-year term ending 06/30/2015
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session tills
4th day of June,2012,that the mayor's appointments to the Board of Appeals and Library Board
of Trustees are hereby approved.
