RESOLUTION 12-131
APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING
ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS BY AND BETWEEN STROH CORPORATION OF
DES MOINES,lA,AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,RELATED TO THE
WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department solicited quotes from certain qualified
contractors to inspect and maintain the heating,ventilation and air conditioning systems
(HV AC)within the Waukee Public Works Facility;AND,
WHEREAS,after review of the proposals received,City staff recommends approval of a
Maintenance Agreement for Building Environmental Systems with Stroh Corporation of Des
Moines,IA;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 4 th day of June,2012,that the Maintenance Agreement for Building Environmental
Systems by and between Stroh Corporation of Des Moines,lA,and the City of Waukee,Iowa,
related to the Waukee Public Works Facility is hereby accepted and approv ;
