RESOLUTION 12 -147
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WARRIOR RIDGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Triple T Development,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Warrior Ridge (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 12,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Warrior Ridge and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 25"day ofJune,2012 that the Final Plat for Warrior Ridge be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Street Lots A-D;
2.Easement for Public Utility;
3.Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer;
4.Easement for Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage;
5.Easement for Overland Flowage
6.Easement for Landscape Buffer
7.Easement for Storm Water Detention
8.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement Agreement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and dire ed to file the
final plat of Warrior Ridge,as well as any other documents related thereto,with e Dallas
County Recorder.
