RESOLUTION 12-154
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM TO END
DECEMBER 31,2015;AND TO THE PARK BOARD FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM TO
END DECEMBER 31,2013
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,Board of Adjushnent member Chris Colter and Park Board member Brodie
Brelsford are both unable to fulfill the remainder of their terms on their respective boards;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Pattie Anderson to the Board of Adjustment for
an unexpired term to end December 31,2015;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Troy Taylor to the Park Board for an unexpired
term to end December 31,2013;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2nd day of July,2012,that the mayor's appointments to the Board of Adjustment and Park Board
are hereby approved.
