RESOLUTION 12-159
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR NEW BEGINNINGS DAYCARE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
New Beginnings Daycare [Sunrise Beginnings Plat]on June 26,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for New Beginnings Daycare [Sunrise Beginnings Plat]is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2nd day of July,2012 that the Site Plan for New Beginnings Daycare [Sunrise Beginnings
Plat]is approved.
