RESOLUTION 12 -158
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUNRISE BEGINNINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Sunrise Beginnings,L.L.C.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Sunrise Beginnings (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 26,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Sunrise Beginnings and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 2nd day of July,2012 that the Final Plat for Sunrise Beginnings be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review of the
legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Easement for Storm Water Detention
2.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement Agreement;
BE IT J<'URTHKR J{]i;SOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Warrior Ridge,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.~
