RESOLUTION 12-166
APPROVING CITY OF WAUKEE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HUMAN RESOURCES
MANAGER I ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR POSITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 5,2012,the Waukee City Council approved the FY2013 annual budget
authorizing the addition of a Human Resources Manager I Assistant Finance Director position
effective July 1,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Director of Finance has examined the duties to be fulfilled by this position and
created the new job description,and recommends approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 16th day of July,2012,that it hereby approves City of Waukee Human Resources Manager I
Assistant Finance Director job description and position.
