RESOLUTION 12-180
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE CROSSING AT ALICE'S ROAD PLAT 1 [HY-VEE SANITARY SEWER]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Crossing at
Alice's Road Plat 1 [Hy-Vee Sanitary Sewer];AND,
WHEREAS,the constmction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6th day of August,2012 that the Construction Drawings for The Crossing at
Alice's Road Plat I [Hy-Vee Sanitary Sewer]be approved.
