RESOLUTION 12-178
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR DARTMOOR RETAIL CENTER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly orgauized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning aud Zoning Connnission approved the Site Plan for
Dartmoor Retail Center [Lot 1 Enterprise Business Park Plat 3]on July 24,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site PIau for Dartmoor Retail Center [Lot I Enterprise Business Park Plat 3]is
in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6'h day of August,2012 that the Site PIau for Dartmoor Retail Center [Lot 1 Enter rise
Business Park Plat 3]is approved.
