RESOLUTION 12-182
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PRAIRIE BLUFF PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Prairie Bluff Plat 1;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6th day of August,2012 that the Construction Drawings for Prairie Bluff Plat
1 be approved.
