RESOLUTION 12-183
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE BLUFF PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Kum &Go,L.C.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Prairie Bluff
Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 24,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Bluff Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6th day of August,2012 that the Final Plat for Prairie Bluff Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to fmal review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City ofWaulcee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Street Lots A-B;
2.Easement for Public Utility;
3.Easement for Public Drainage
4.Easement for Temporary Roadway and Drainage
5.Easement for Private Detention Pond
6.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement Agreement;
7.Petition Contract and Waiver related to Future Ute Avenue Improvements
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Prairie Bluff Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,.h the Dallas
County Recorder.
