APPROVING CONTRACTS AND BONDS FOR THE
2011 PHASE II SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public improvements
described in general as 2011 Phase II Sidewalk Improvement Program,and which have been
signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as
follows:
