RESOLUTION 12-200
APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM SLAVIN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
RELATED TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK RECRUITMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City has operated with an interim city administrator since May 7,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 28,2012,the Waukee City Council determined that the services of
Slavin Management Consultants of Mesa,AZ,should be retained for the purpose of conducting
and administrating the city administrator/clerk search (Resolution #12-190);AND,
WHEREAS,a proposal provided by Slavin Management Consultants for services related to the
city administrator/clerk search has been reviewed by and is acceptable to the City Attorney;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the proposal from Slavin Management Consultants related to City
Administrator/Clerk recruitment and hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute said contract.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 10th day of
September,2012.
