RESOLUTION 12-204
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,AND TERRUS REAL ESTATE GROUP,LLC,RELATED TO
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on October 10,2011,the Waukee City Council approved an agreement with Terms Real
Estate Group,LLC,for Professional Services related to construction management of the Waukee
Community Center Project (Resolution #11-198);AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee City staff recommends retaining the services of Terrus Real Estate Group,LLC,
for construction management services for both the Waukee Community Center and Ori Library
Addition Projects.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 17'11
day of September,2012,that it hereby approves the Agreement for Professional Services by and
between the City of Waukee,Iowa,and Terrus Real Estate Group,LLC,related to constmction
management services ..
