RESOLUTION 12-211
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 3 on September 11,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 3 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 17'h day of September,2012 that tile Preliminary Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 3 be
approved.;zL
