RESOLUTION 12-210
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES BY AND
BETWEEN CIVIL DESIGN ADVANTAGE AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE RELATED
TO THE NE DARTMOOR DRIVE EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Civil Design Advantage to perform the
engineering and design services for the NE Dartmoor Drive Extension Improvement Project (the
"Project");AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of the Project includes the topographic survey verification,construction
drawings,acquisition plat and easement preparation and construction administration for the
proposed construction of the Proj ect;AND,
WHEREAS,the fee for the planning,design and construction services for the Project shall be a
maximmn not to exceed amount of $27,900.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Engineering Services by and between Civil Design Advantage and the City of
Waukee related to the SE Westown Parkway Improvement Project is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 1ih day of September
2012.
