RESOLUTION 12-222
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Glynn Village Plat 6 on September 25,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 6 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City ofWau1cee,Iowa on
tins tile 1sl day of October,2012 that the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Villa e Plat 6 be approved.
