RESOLUTION 12-223
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR ORI ADDITION TO THE WAUKEE PUBLIC
LIBRARY
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORJTYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas Couuty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Ori Addition to the Waukee Public Library on September 25,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Ori Addition to the Waukee Public Library is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Couucil of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 1st day of October,2012 that the Site Plan for Ori Addition to the Waukee Public Library is
approved.
