RESOLUTION 12-228
APPROVING 2012 CITY HALL REMODELING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the two new positions were created within the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget which are
intended to be housed within City Hall;AND
WHEREAS,minor remodeling within City Hall is necessary to create additional work space for
these two positions as well as to create additional efficiency within the Development Services
Department;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff sought bids on the proposed project and is recommending approval of a
bid for the project from Practical Applications,lnc.,located in Waukee,Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15th day of October,2012,that it hereby approves the 2012 City Hall Remodeling Project.
