HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-11-05-Resolutions 12-240_Job Descriptions - Various - RevisedTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 12-240 APPROVING CERTAIN REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS (FINANCE DEPARTMENT) IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,due to the recent hire of a Human Resources Manager!Assistant Finance Director, it is recommended that the reporting structure of certain job descriptions related to the Finance Department be revised;AND, WHEREAS,City staff recommends the Accounting Clerk,Payroll Specialist and Utility Account Specialist job descriptions be revised so that said positions report to the Human Resources Manager!Assistant Finance Director. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this 5th day of November,2012,that it hereby approves revised job descriptions for the Accounting Clerk,Payroll Specialist and Utility Account Specialist positi ns.
