RESOLUTION 12-241
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH MCCLURE
ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR THE SUGAR CREEK TRAIL PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of McClure Engineering Company to perform
the engineering and design services for the Sugar Creek Trail Project (the "Project");AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of engineering services for the Project includes preliminary design;final
design;permit coordination;acquisition plats;advertising,bidding,contract award;construction
administration;construction staking;soil boring coordination;and record drawings;AND,
WHEREAS,the fee for the planning,design and construction services for the Project shall be a
maximum not to exceed amount of$67,535.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement fOTEngineering Services with McClure Engineering Company for the Sugar Creek
Trail Project is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of November,
2012.
