RESOLUTION 12-257
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE VINCE MEYER LEARNING CENTER AT 445
5TH STREET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site Plan for
the Vince Meyer Leaming Center on November 13,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Vince Meyer Learning Center is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19th day of November,2012 that the Site Plan for the Vince Meyer Learning Center at 445
5th S'dtreetISapprove .
