RESOLUTION 12-255
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
WARRIOR RIDGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Waukee,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Warrior Ridge;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Warrior Ridge and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this proj ect
are in general ccnformance with the Standard Specifications ofthe City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of November,2012,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Warrior Ridge.
