RESOLUTION 12-268
CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN FINAL PAYMENT ESTIMATE NO.1
TO INFRASOURCE,INC.,FOR THE R-22 SOUTH GAS MAIN EXTENSION
PROJECT,INCREASING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,000.00 SO THAT
THE TOTAL CORRECTED AMOUNT IS $283,519.36
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 20,2012,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved Final Payment Estimate No.1 to Infraflource,Inc.,fOTthe R-22 South Gas Main
Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the motion contains a scrivener's error in the total dollar amount which reads as
$276,519.36 but should instead read as $283,519.36;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 3"dday of December,2012,that the correction of the scrivener's error in Final Payment
Estimate No.1 to Infraflcurce,Inc.,for the R-22 South Gas Main Extension Project is
approved,increasing payment in the amount of $7,000.00 so that the total corrected amount is
$283,519.36.
