RESOLUTION 12-279
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
1&1 MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Drake Construction,LLC,of Menlo,lA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the 1&1Manhole Rehabilitation Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
1&1 Manhole Rehabilitation Proj ect and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of December,2012,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the 1&1 Manhole Rehabilitation Project.
