RESOLUTION 13-015
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
HIGH SCHOOL STUDY COMMITTEE FOR THE YEAR 2013
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Community School District requests that a City representative be
appointed to their High School Study Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,the High School Study Committee will explore options for higher education
facilities and curriculum for the Waukee Community School District;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints himself as the City of Waukee representative
to the committee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 7th day ofJanuary,2013,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of the City of
Waukee representative to the Waukee Community School District High School Study
Committee for the Year 2013.
