RESOLUTION 13-025
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
HEART OF THE WARRIOR TRAIL CONNECTION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,MPS Engineers,P.C.,of Des Moines,lA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Heart of the Warrior Trail Connection Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Heart ofthe Warrior Trail Connection Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of January,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Heart of the Warrior Trail Connection Project.
