RESOLUTION 99-136
RESOLUTION APPROVING WINDFIELD II PLAT 1 IDENTIFICATION SIGN
WHEREAS,Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.and City Staff have reviewed the proposed
identification sign for Windfield IIPlat 1;and
WHEREAS,Provisions for this type of monument sign are provided for in Section
301.8K(5)of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved approval is granted for the placement of a
identification sign in Windfield IIPlat 1 within the Windfield Drive median at the entrance of
said development.

Ridge Town Residential R-5,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,
Iowa"was introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration
a motion was made by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Berger,to pass the
