Quit Claim Deed on Belfry Estates
WHEREAS.the City of Waukee does not believe that the ?O feet of nronerrv on Relfrv-,-J --------------------------------------~-~r--r---J -------J
Estates is crucial to the City;AND
WHEREAS,the property would be difficult for the City to maintain;AND
WHEREAS,the City believes by doing this it will benefit Belfry Estates;AND
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves a
Quit Claim Deed for Belfry Estates for 20 feet of property,
