SETTING OCTOBER 16 AS THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
CONSIDERATING APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
A SEWER REVENUE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $475,000
WHEREAS,The City has authorized construction of a sanitary sewer extension in the
area of Hickman Road and Alice's Road,AND,
WHEREAS,City staff has been working with Public Financial Management on
designing a sewer revenue bond to finance this project,AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing is required prior to City Council approval of the Bond
proposed for this project,
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby directs that this
hearing be scheduled at the next City Council meeting,which meeting is set for 7:00PM
on Monday,October 16 in the City of Waukee Council Chambers,230 Highway 6,
Waukee,Iowa.
