RESOLUTION 00-168 ]RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.1 FOR THE
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF THE 50,000 GALLON ELEVATED
STORAGE TANK AND 200,000 GALLON GROUND STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee having entered into a contract with M.E.D.A.for the
demolition and disposal of the 50,000 gallon elevated storage tank and 200,000 gallon
storage tank on August 7,2000 in the amount of $46,060;AND
Wli~REAS,M.D.B.A.having completed part of the contracted work and requesting
partial pay for that work;AND
WHEREAS;Veenstra &Kimm have reviewed the partial pay estimate and recommend
payment in the amount of $32,547;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby approve the Partial Pay Estimate No.1 to M.E.D.A.for the demolition and
disposal of the 50,000 gallon elevated storage tank and 200,000 gallon ground storage
tank in the amount of #32,547 on this 2nd day of October,2000.
