Setting November 6,2000 as Date for Public Hearing as Date for Public Hearing on 'II
Tax Increment Financing Rebate Agreement with William C.Knapp Revocable
Trust and Related Entities
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has signed a preannexation agreement with William C.Knapp;AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has agreed to create a Tax Increment Finance District on William C.
Knapp's property;AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee would like to set a Public Hearing Date to consider this Tax Increment
Finance District for November 6,2000.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
setting November 6,2000 as the date for a Public Hearing regarding creating a Tax Increment Finance
District for William C.Knapp's property.
