RESOLUTION 05 -03
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL E.HUSCHERAS CITY
ATTORNEY UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A REPLACEMENT SHALL BE FOUND
OR,IF NO REPLACEMENT IS FOUND,UNTIL JUNE 30,2005
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council must appoint an attomey for the position of City
Attorney annually;AND,
WHEREAS,Paul E.Buscher who has served as the City Attorney in the City of Waukee
with honor,loyalty and great integrity for many years has asked the City of Waukee to
find a replacement;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that during this time Mr.Buscher has
rendered an invaluable service to the City and will,with all due respect and haste,begin
the search for a replacement for Mr.Paul Buscher,Esquire.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does
hereby approve the appointment of Paul E.Buscher as City Attorney for the period of
time necessary during the first six months of 2005 to find a replacement for the position
of City Attomey OR,if no such replacement is found,u '1 June 05.
