RESOLUTION 00-65
RESOLUTION TO SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE OF JULY 10,2000 FOR REZONING
OF NOYCE FARM (KC PROPERTIES)FROM A-I TO C-11M-1
WHEREAS,Knapp Properties has requested a rezoning of this parcel so that they may proceed
with commercial and light industrial development;and
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission approved of this request at the June 12,2000
meeting;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found the rezoning to be in accordance with the ideals of the
comprehensive plan;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the public heating over the rezoning of Noyce Farm
from A-I to C-IIM-l is hereby set for July 10,2000 this 19t day of e 2 O.
