SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING OF SUNRISE
MEADOWS PLAT 2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission on September 26,2000 approved the
rezoning of said property from A-I to R-2;AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has a need for more residential construction;AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee would like to set a Public Hearing Date to consider said rezoning for
November 6,2000.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
setting November 6,2000 as the date for a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of Sunrise Meadows
Plat 2.
