RESOLUTION 99-131
RESOLUTION APPROVING $2,000 PAYMENT TO VEENSTA &KIMM,INC.FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE PAVING OF UNIVERSITY A VENUE WEST OF
GENERAL GRANT PARKWA Y
WHEREAS,Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.have provided engineering services for the paving
of University Avenue west of General Grant Parkway;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this work to be satisfactory;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the engineering services for the paving of
University Avenue west of General Grant Parkway are accepted and payment in the amount of
$2,000 is to be made by the office of the City Treasurer to Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.for said
amount.
