RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY APPLICA nON NO.1
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee awarded the contract for the public improvements known as
the University Water Main Extension Phase II on April 17,2000 to Earth Movers Inc.in the
amount of $60,454.00;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed a CONTRACTOR'S APPLICATION FOR
PAYMENT NO.1;and
WHEREAS,project engineers,Veenstra and Kim,have reviewed and recommended approval of
said application for payment;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that Pay Application No.1 in the amount of $57,431.30 be
hereby approved and payment authorized on this 19th day 0 ne 20 .
