RESOLUTION 13-028
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
ALICE'S ROAD/HICKMAN ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Elder Corporation of Des Moines,lA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Alice's Road/Hickman Road Intersection
Improvements Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Alice's Road/Hickman Road Intersection Improvements Project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of February,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Alice's Road/Hickman Road Intersection Improvements Proj ect.
