A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S ANNUAL ROAD USE
REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE
THE REPORT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Treasurer and the Waukee City Clerk have submitted to the City
Council of the City of Waukee the 1997 Street Finance Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;and
WHEREAS,the report shows total Road Use Receipts in the amount of $239,937 and total
expenditures of $162,496 in the Road Use Fund,with an ending Road Fund Balance of $165,496;
and
WHEREAS,the report shows total road use related revenues from all fund in the amount of
$509,904 and total expenditures in the amount of$432,463;and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the funds for road use purposes have been used for their
intended purpose;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Waukee City Council hereby approves the
Road Use Report and directs the City Clerk to file the same with the Department of Transportation.
