RESOLUTION 96-18
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
LEONARD'S SUBDIVISION PLAT 2 AND THE REPLATS OF LEONARD'S
SUBDIVISION LOTS 5 AND 7 -A SUBDIVISION IN DALLAS COUNTY
AND WITHIN TWO MILES OF WAUKEE'S CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS,Richard Leonard has the submitted the Final Plat of Leonard's
Subdivision Plat 2 and the replats of Leonard's Subdivision Lots 5 and 7,and the
Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved these at their meeting in June
1996;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has sufficient maintenance bonds on file for the
public improvements;
WHEREAS,the Final Plat has already been filed with Dallas County;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that because the plat has already been filed,
the City of Waukee waives its right to review formally review and approve this final
plat,and that Resolution NO.96-17 that was formally approved is hereby repealed.
