DESIGNATING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR,CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER
AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORS FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE.
WHEREAS,it is in keeping with sound fiscal management that the City have signatory authority
officially vested in the persons of City Administrator,City Clerk and City Treasurer,and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has personages officially holding the afore mentioned offices.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOL VB that Kurt A.Rueckel,City Administrator;Gregory S.
Fetterman,City Clerk;and Charlene Wilson,City Treasurer are designated invested with
