RESOLUTION 13-050
APPROVING EQUIPMENT LEASE BETWEEN ED M.FELD EQUIPMENT CO.,INC.,
AND WAUKEE FIRE DEPARTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Fire Department is in need of a short-term lease for equipment,the
terms of said lease terminating on April 1,2013,or earlier based on the completion of engine
repairs to the Waukee Fire Department's current Wheeled Coach Ambulance;AND,
WHEREAS,Ed M.Feld Equipment Co.,Inc.,of Carroll,LA,has provided an Equipment Lease
Agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and finds it adequate.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4th day of March,2013,that it hereby approves of the Equipment Lease between Ed M.Feld
Equipment Co.,Inc.,and Waukee Fire Department.
