RESOLUTION 13-053
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BYTHEAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Fox Creek Estates
Plat 4;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 4th day of February,2013 that the Construction Drawings for Fox Creek
Estates Plat 4 be approved.
