RESOLUTION 13-045
APPROVING A LISTING AND MARKETING COMMISSION AGREEMENT WITH
BRINDLEE MOUNTAIN FIRE APPARATUS FOR THE SALE OF THE 1998 TOYNE
BRUSH TRUCK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Fire Department wishes to sell a 1998 Toyne Brush Truck which no
longer serves a use for the department;AND,
WHEREAS,Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus of Union Grove,AL,has provided a Listing and
Marketing Commission Agreement related to the sale of the 1998 Toyne Brush Truck;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and fmds it adequate.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4th day of March,2013,that it hereby approves a Listing and Marketing Commission
Agreement with Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the sale of the 1998 Toyne Brush Truck.
