RESOLUTION 13-058
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
NE DARTMOOR DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,lA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the NE Dartmoor Drive Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
NE Dartmoor Drive Extension Proj ect and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of March,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the NE Dartmoor Drive Extension Project.
