RESOLUTION 13-057
APPROVING RELEASE RELATED TO PARCEL "A"OF PLAT OF SURVEY
OF LOT 6,HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT II
[1120 SE WESTBROOKE DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff received a request to review certain agreements provided within
a title opinion related to the sale ofproperty legally described as Parcel "A"of Plat of
Survey of Lot 6,Hickman West Industrial Park Plat II,also known as 1120 SE
Westbrook Drive;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff and the City Attomey have reviewed the agreements and fmd
that all requirements within the agreements have been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this is"day of March,2013,that it hereby approves the Release related to
Parcel "A"of Plat of Survey of Lot 6,Hickman West Industrial Park Plat II [1120 SE
Westbrooke Drive].
