RESOLUTION 2021-171
APPROVING EASEMENTS FOR THE LITTLE WALNUT CREEK NORTH
TRUNK SEWER PHASE 2 PROJECT, [ASHLEY ACRES, LLCJ
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Ashley Acres, LLC, an Iowa
corporation, are necessary for the purpose of construction of the Little Walnut Creek North
Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Easement and Sanitary Sewer Easement from Ashley Acres,
LLC for the Little Walnut Creek North Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project are hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 3`d day of May,
2021.
