RESOLUTION 13-077
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR GYM SPACE,LLC [1120 SE WESTBROOKE
DRIVEl
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Gym Space,LLC (1120 SE Westbrooke Drive)on March 26,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Gym Space,LLC is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 1st day of April,2013,that the Site Plan for Gym Space,LLC is approved contingent upon
submittal of executed easement documents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the easements with the
Dallas County Recorder:
1.Easement for Private Detention Basin;
2.Easement for Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Covenant;
