RESOLUTION 13-080
APPROVING TEMPORARY ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR THE
INTERIM LIBRARY DIRECTOR
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,effective April I,2013,Erik Surber is no longer the Waukee Public Library
Director;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees has appointed Children's Librarian
Keri Weston-Stoll to act as Interim Library Director,in addition to her regular duties,until such
time as a permanent Library Director is appointed;AND,
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees and the Waukee
City Council to provide additional compensation related to the employee's performance of those
additional duties for the period during which she continues to act as Interim Library Director.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session thiss"day of April,2013,that Keri Westen-Stoll be temporarily compensated,in addition to the
salary established for her duties as Children's Librarian,$1,500 per month,for the period,
commencing on April 3,2013,and continuing for the period she serves as Interim Library
Director.
