RESOLUTION 13-095
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES TO
VARIOUS COMMITTEES FOR THE REMAINDER OF CALENDAR YEAR 2013

INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,there is a vacant city council seat as of April 2,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the council member who resigned was a representative to vanous
metropolitan area organizations on behalf of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City intends to assure that the City is able to conduct its business in the
future with minimal disruption arising as a result of the resignation of the council
member;AND
WHEREAS,in order for the City of Waukee to maintain representation on various
committees,Mayor Peard appoints the following to positions for the remainder of
Calendar Year 2013:
WRA representative:City Administrator Tim Moerman
MFO representative:City Administrator Tim Moerman
WEDCO representative:City Administrator Tim Moerman
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on
this rs"day of April,2013,does hereby approve the appointment of representatives to
variouscommitteepositionsfor the remainderOfC~~~
